How do I order coolers from Beer Necessities?
Ordering coolers is easy with us. Simple select the type of cooler you want, Eg If you want a blank cooler, select the colour from the drop down menu and click on 'Add to Basket' button. This will take you to the shopping cart page. Select the quantity of coolers you want and click on 'Update cart'

If you want artwork to be added to your coolers, decide whether you want it printed in 1,2 or 3 colours. Back on the shop page those 3 options are at the bottom of the page. Select the option for you and click on 'Add to Basket'. When you are happy with your order go to the shopping cart and click on 'Checkout' and complete your postal address and credit card details. If you have artwork to be added, make a note of it in the comments section with your order and email it to: info@beer-necessities.com

How long does it take to get my coolers?

If you are ordering blank coolers or pre-printed coolers you will have them within 2 working days. If you are ordering customised coolers with your own artwork, depending on how soon you can get it to us, it can take up to 10 working days.

How do I get my customised message on a cooler?
Simply send it any artwork to us in jpeg, gif or tiff format on a disk to our postal address or via email at: info@beer-necessities.com Make sure you have bold solid shapes. Avoid thin lines and scanned images as the quality of the printing will be reduced dramatically.

What type of graphic files do you accept?
We Accept:
- Editable EPS is ok from both programs
- Photoshop 300 dpi at actual size or larger
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Corel Draw Must be saved as an .eps colour
- E-mail or send on disk

PC Files
- Microsoft Publisher 2000 – 2003
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Powerpoint

Universal File Formats:
Bitmap GIFS EPS TIFF PDF JPG, All of these formats are dependant on quality. We do not accept Faxed artwork as it produces a poor resolution of images.

What if I don’t have any of the acceptable formats?
The person/designer who created your logo or letterhead should have a copy of the image that they could send or e-mail to info@Beer-necessities.com

How much does it cost to ship my coolers?
The great news is that all our cooler prices have shipping included so you know exactly what you are paying before you enter your credit card details. This also applies to wholesale orders of 100 or more.

Why do I have to pay a print set up charge?
We have to charge the print set up charge because all our coolers are printed using the traditional screen print method. However if you are ordering coolers and have up to 4 different designs then you will only have to pay up to £1.00 extra per design. So it pays to order with your friends and family and include their designs.

What payment methods do you accept?
Beer-necessities accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Paypal. You can pay by cheque or postal order by sending your order through the post.

I don't like ordering online, what other methods are there?
You can order by phone, fax or post. Simply download our order form from the contact us page, fill it in and post or fax it. If paying by cheque, please make all cheques payable to Netplosion Ltd, our online marketing company.

How many coolers can I order?
Unlike other cooler companies, you can order as many coolers as you like from 1 to 1,000,000. However if you are ordering over 100 units of the same type of cooler then you will automatically qualify for our wholesale prices. We have a separate shopping cart and payment system for this. Full details of our wholesale prices etc can be found in our wholesale catalogue which you can obtain by emailing us at: wholesale@beer-necessities.com

Can I order blank coolers?
Of course you can order blank coolers and create your own designs or slogans using many of the various fabric markers or paints that are available in stationery and art shops.

Can I purchase less than the quantities shown?
In some cases you may purchase a “Less Than Minimum” order. However there is an increase per item charge to set up the equipment for smaller orders. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation with this information, on request, prior to your order.

Can I get a replacement if I made a mistake on the item I ordered?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes, especially on spelling and dates! We request you are extra careful whilst reviewing your order; attention to details like your spelling; dates and names are so important. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to our customers at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Can I see a proof before production?
You will see a FREE electronic proof sent via fax with your order acknowledgement prior to production. In most cases your artwork will be shown on a template of the item you ordered. An actual product proof can be requested, however, there will be a charge to set up the equipment for your sample, and, of course, this will delay the receipt of your order.

How long until I receive my order?
Production Days are the actual days required to produce your order, and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Production days begin after we receive your approval of the acknowledgement and artwork. Please allow time for shipping to you.

What if I need my order more rapidly than the average production time?
We can provide an “immediate service” for your order. There may be charge associated with this service, and this will be discussed with you prior to your order being processed.

How are the products shipped?
We ship from our manufacturing location. Generally, Royal Mail and Parcel Force is used to ship your order. If you need faster delivery, we can up your shipping to air service or courier if required.

Other companies’ policies may be to sell your information to spammers and other internet companies. Beer-necessities policy is simple… we keep ALL of your private information private. Our personal guarantee is none of your personal information will leave our site.

What about my shopping safety?

We guarantee that every transaction made at Beer-necessities will be safe and secure via paypal. Paypal is among the finest software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. None of our customers have ever reported a single security breach.

What is the return policy?
Beer-necessites stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalised items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.

Cancellations and changes must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. To insure that your change is received, use the Contact form on the website, or call our customer service department at 0870 922 0829.

If the product is received damaged or defective, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly refund the full cost including shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other returns. If you have any further questions, please contact a customer service representative via email at info@beer-necessities.com for assistance with your return.

Important Note: If you would like to return an item, you must contact us first. Certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customer and they will not accept returned packages. Please contact Beer-necessities so that we can provide you with the correct address to ensure your credit card is properly refunded.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt

Why can't I add items to the shopping basket?
